Reported by Riho Tatehara The place I've been is called "Shin-sekai" located south part of Osaka central. Shin-sekai,literally means new world. There are a lot of good restaurants and standing bars.Don't worry, everything is cheap not like restaurants in Kyoto. You can eat and drink without worries of your budget. Example, you start with Japanese cut-let house and then stop at the standing bar. You can also try Japanese chess with old masters. If you need more excitement you should check the people over there. People in shin-sekai are so cool. Some people are not easy to say hello, but once you get the chance to communicate, you can feel something nice from the residents. Walking around Shinsekai, you will notice there are no foreigners passing by. You might feel you got no place for a while.
